Have a question? Most likely someone has asked us before. See our most asked questions below. If you still need more information, drop us a line. We're here to help!
-
How do I get started? It's easy! Click Here All we need to get started is a simple sketch of your space indicating wall length and height and noting the location of any windows or doors. It is also very helpful if you send pictures of your existing space if you're remodeling or a copy of your blueprint if you're building. Don't worry if you're not sure yet which door style, finish or cabinet manufacturer you're interested in. We'll help!
-
Do you charge for your design services?Nope! We offer free 3-D design services. We'll send over a full design packet including a floor plan, elevations and perspective drawings free of charge for each project.
-
How do I decide which cabinet line to select?Call us! We'll help! You can also use the links on our page to go directly to our manufacturers web sites to learn more about the products. There you can learn about the cabinet construction and view all available door styles and colors. We know it can be overwhelming and don't want you to stress about it. The best thing to do is call or email us an idea of what you're looking for and we'll help narrow it down for you.
-
Can I get a sample?Of course! Drop us a line and let us know what you'd like. Color chips are available at no cost and door samples are available for purchase. Ask you Click representative for more details. Just like our cabinetry, all samples are shipped directly to you free of charge!

How long does it take to get a design?Once you submit your design request along with all the necessary information, your request will be assigned to one of our designers immediately. Depending on how many requests we're currently working on, it typically takes 3-5 days to receive your completed design and quote. Make sure to send all your info so we can get started rigth away!
-
How much do cabinets cost?It completely depends on your cabinet selections as well as your design. We will quote your cabinets specific to your needs. If you'd like custom sized walnut cabinets with all drawers and pull-outs, it is going to cost more than standard sized oak cabinets with shelving, for example. We also carry multiple brands that each have roughly 900,000 door style and color combinations. That's 2-3 million options!! Therefore, it is impossible for us to give generic pricing or linear foot pricing. The best way to find out the cost, is to send over your dimensions so we can work through the design and send you a specific quote.
-
Cabinet lead time? All of our kitchen cabinets are custom built to order and lead times vary by manufacturer. Most of our kitchen cabinets ship withing 6-8 weeks. If you are interested in inset cabinets or need extreme customization, lead times can be 10-12 weeks.
-
Will my new cabinets arrive assembled?Yes! These are the same cabinets that you would find in a local premium kitchen and bath showroom. We are not like many of those other online cabinet companies trying to sell you flat-packed boxes that you have to assemble yourself. Or even worse, claiming our cabinets are 'built' in America because we import the flat-packed boxes, 'assemble' them in the US, and then ship them to you. Our cabinets are much higher quality than that! They are custom built to order, right here in the United States, using the highest quality materials available, and come shipped like furniture. As with all cabinet installations, moldings and trim will need to be custom cut and site installed, but no extra work is needed to install the cabinets other than placing and properly securing them. Each cabinet comes assembeled and packaged in its own box.
-
How do I install my cabinets?Installing cabinets is typically beyond the capabilities of most homeowners. We suggest you hire a reputable local contractor or carpenter to professionally install your new cabinets. Need a recommendation? Try AngiesList.com or HomeAdvisor.com to find reputable referrals in your area.
-
How does job site delivery work? Our cabinets are produced at factories all across the United States. They are shipped factory direct from the manufacturer to a local delivery agent in your area. The local delivery agent will then contact you directly to make arrangments to deliver your cabinets. The delivery agents will unload and bring each box inside for you. Occationally, orders will be shipped via semi-truck with lift gate service. If this is the case, it will be noted on your order.
-
What happens if my cabinets arrive damaged? Then we send you new ones, silly! In all seriousness though, there is no need to worry. Once your cabinets arrive you have a window of time to open and inspect everything for damage. The time allotted depends on the manufacturer, but is typcally 7-14 days, so you don't have to rush. Off the shelf replacement items can be shipped in 2-3 days, small items that need to be factory finished will take 7-10 days, and larger items or custom items can take 2-3 weeks. In all cases, every effort to get the replacements out to you as quickly as possible will be made.
-
Concealed Damage - What is it?Concealed damage refers to any item that may have been damaged prior to packaging or internally during shipping, therefore is not obvious before you open the box. This is not typical, but is possible. This is why it is very important to open and inspect all of your cabinets, even if the boxes do not look damaged. Concealed damage must be reported to your Click representative within the alloted timeframe as indicated on your purchase agreement (typically 7-14 days, manufacturer dependant) in order to have these items replaced free of charge.
-
What if my cabinets are the wrong size?If the incorrect size is accidentally shipped to you by one of our manufacturers, they will send out a replacement at no cost to you. If you receive an incorrect size due to an ordering mistake by Click Cabinets, we will cover the cost of the appropriate replacement and get the corrected item to you as soon as possible. As a Click customer, you are responsible for providing the correct dimensions of your space so our designers are able to provide you with an accurate design. Since we cannot visit your space, the final design diemsnions are your responsibility. We highly recommend you have your contractor or installer review all of the design details to ensure nothing has been overlooked. If you receive an incorrectly sized item due to your oversite, you may re-order the corrected item.
